smart business, I had the same mindset which I put to excellent use for over a decade. In my case, the cost was offset by quality employees doing a quality job, and that led to consistently growing the business, and that increased profits. Win Win. Reputation outweighs advertising cost ... word of mouth FREE, advertising, not so much.

And one other thing. Keep in mind, the enforcement wing of this entire law is the IRS.

Most small business owners learn to avoid anything that will give the IRS a reason to come snooping around. Once they walk through the door, they usually do not leave until they have made your life a tad miserable.

When Obama Care becomes fully implemented, I look for the IRS to use their new found authority to do just that to those businesses that refuse to obey the Law.
