I can see in a providers case that fake bills are more an issue cause any investigations bring agencies that may delve into areas that they may not want to shed much light on for discreation purposes. I mean to the avg Joe would just be out the money. But a provider also has to contend with possible outside forces prying into things that prob need not be pry'd into for her and her clients sakes obviously. So like in Hanna's case its not just out $80 but also more of a security/privacy issue than the avg scammed citizen
