I find the most disturbing aspect of this report is that at least one owner had somehow been led to think that the monthly $2500 CASH was for protection.

There were always rumors that the huge busts down in Houston were caused when the monthly payments were not being made and shortly after the entire enterprise was raided and shut down and hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash, cars and homes were seized.

Go back and look at the nasty Black Tuesday when most of the AMPs were hit several years ago, the news reported well over a quarter of a million dollars in cash, cars and homes were taken and that helped fund a hell of a lot of anti-trafficking business.
