The
Forum Guidelines cover the things that as moderators we get directly involved if and when necessary.. As Duke correctly stated, this is an off board conflict despite people wanting it to be otherwise.
We are not the internet police folks. Maintaining the devices that you use to access the internet secure is the responsibility of the owner of said device, not the staff. Heck, we don't even claim that the security of your account is OUR responsibility, but take action when it is obvious to us that the account is no longer under your control.
#19 - Account security is of the utmost importance. You are responsible for your account and only your account. You are not to allow any other individual access to your account unless you have received prior approval from staff. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but must be approved prior to releasing access to another party.
If your account is your responsibility, then your internet access devices are also your responsibility. Here is a link for those using a PC and want to find out about protection for their devices

Why the mods get questioned about this is beyond me, but it is not our job to provide support on these issues.
