Not even close to what I said. This is an off-board conflict that does not involve ECCIE. Having said that, if a member posts a thread with accusations about another member, we are not going to silence the other member and will allow him/her to state the case from their perspective. You can't say party B is stalking party A when party A posts a thread accusing party B of some questionable behavior.

If party B was just cyber-stalking party A on every thread on the board ( involving ECCIE directly ), then an infraction would be assessed and if the bad behavior continued, a temporary ban would be imposed. I and other mods have done it in the past and the issues have been resolved.
