The Rochester DR sounds like a serial killer in the making... I've seen so many scary horror movies where the guy pays prostitues to play along into his sick fantasies, and after he can't find any willing prostitutes, he starts abducting them. Ohhhh and let's not forget the Law & Order SVU episode where the doctor pays prostitute's $20,000 to amputate their leg. Once he ran out of willing participants he started abducting them. He actually ends up accidentally murdering one of them, and thats how he gets busted by the cops. I know that scares the crap out of me! He literally has references across the country. I'm fascinated with serial killers and I went to school for psychology, however, I'm not that interested in meeting one up close and personal alone in a hotel room.
