Clear mobile hotspot experiences/opinions

In the Phoenix, Az area have had NO coverage. Very busy for multiple months with a family emergency but have been unable to cancel the service as I don't have the time to navigate their site. Anyone have any pointers on a rapid way to cancel other than putting a stop on automatic credit payments?

Tried Clear twice, both times over 6 months, and ended up hating it. Very unreliable, spotty coverage. I was traveling a bit then and found the coverage in other locations hit and miss. On top of that, the devices kept crapping out. I had to replace them 4 different times. Finally gave up. Not worth the hassle and their customer service reps didn't give a damn.

Just started with Freedom Pop. So far, so good.
