Young's Lobster Pound, Belfast Maine. fresh out of the water just a few hours before you eat it. It's worth the trip.
Hell go to puerto nuevo mexico and try all 30 fried lobster joints there. Good luck.

Nick and Sams; The Palm (had one there Wed); and quietly the best of all my Japanese hangout: Tei Tei- incredible- you don't have to crack a single claw all laid out for you in the shell and grilled to perfection- bring your big boy wallet though.
