providers with blurred pics on their face

Miss Scarlett you will never be a good girl. Thank god! Originally Posted by cckid2006

I'm surprised none of the ladies have asked, "Why don't you guys ever show your faces?" Which we all know is a violation of the terms. But, if you think about it, if it weren't in the terms, would the guys do it? Probably not and for the same reasons mentioned on here by the ladies. Miss Scarlett, I'd like to see you on your back someday.

Of course, it's not a good idea for guys to post pictures of yourself.
If I did post a picture of myself it would one of how I looked 20 years ago and 15 pounds lighter with more hair.

Everybody around me has just gotten even older and fatter, lol

Actually you can see me, well my shiny white ass, in my avatar. It's under the bridge, the glaring part... (right hand side, center)

There are some verification sites that hobbyist can upload their pix, but I wouldn't if I were a guy. I do have more intimate pix on one of the paid membership sites. Shameless plug, lol!

I am quite confident, Travis aka Tony Soprano, could come up with a cool solution. Bada bing
First of all, I'd like to throw my hat into the ring already overflowing with hats and say "yes, God yes, I want to keep my face and my hobby identity hidden from everyone in my life. It's a small world (damn, I was outed once myself even without face pics). I know my mug is cute and I'd probably get more inquiries if I showed it...but I ain't gonna."

But! I have another point to make. This week I did a boudoir photo session with a pro photog and he was both very professional and very warm. But because I booked with my real information (full name, RW email, CC info) I was incredibly shy about being upfront about my needs. It's hard to say "no, no, really...just focus on getting a good body angle and don't worry about my face because I'm just going to blur that out." I know he's probably seen it all, but I wasn't going to out myself to a complete stranger in any way. I'm sure my photo set will be lackluster because of my inability to openly voice my wants.

So, we did 1.5 hrs of what he thought was a normal boudoir shoot and he got me to smile in a variety of ways. And he asked me to blow him a kiss at the end of each pose, which just made me laugh heartily because I'm not the sort of girl who does a duck-face in any picture, ever. Most civvie girls want to show personality and are more comfortable with the face over body, so I get where he was going with it. I know that there are many hobbyists who have the skillset and equipment that this guy did, but it's sorta hard to find them and to find ones you can fully trust.

So sure, there are poses that are more tasteful for y'all's needs, but it's sorta hard to get the pro guy to take pictures of those. And there really is an image that is presented with professional pics over selfies, so it's not something that can easily be overlooked. I certainly can't wait until I get a variety of pro shots to replace my current showcase. Point is, finally, blurred faces are a tasteful way to get around many of these hurdles. I mean I'm sorta sorry if it kills your boner, but not really. The photos are to give you a true representation of both the lady offering services as well as her style of service, her personality, her vibe, etc. It's not supposed to be j/o material.

I think that there's a HUGE business opportunity available for a provider who can offer photography services to the ladies, as well as webdesign and cosmetic stuff. Damn, if a lady who owned a salon could offer haircuts and a partner for bbbj during the shampoo after hours her books would be packed! I certainly wish I had skills beyond super-editing academic papers, because it'd be a good, karmic-friendly way to make a buck.

There are many ways to present models, even those who want to keep a low profile. For some of us it not too hard to see who's pics are real and who has mixed images form many sources, none which are real.

If you are going to blur out the face just make sure that it is not just a simple effect that has no effect if the image is reduced in size. This happens a lot with soft blur effects, low mosaic effects.

It is always a plus to keep the hair, which may be consider a fetish. But since there are lots of ways to change hair for models with color, wigs, extensions and just styling. Many of these can be done digitally too.

Courtney here is a good example. She never really tried to hide the face well and some she does not hide at all. But yes like many the photos are well over 5-8yrs. Many hobby folk have been around and seen them come and go and return(which is always fun).

If you can do and effect that flatters, then I agree, shot with head turn or crop it off.

Front poses again can always be digitally reworked to put flowing hair or hats, glasses and censor bar.

I think everyone at this stage is aware these things will happen.

Possible examples...

If a provider is a client you should respect her wishes.

It’s hard to write this and keep my anonymity, please bare with me. My profession is web design. My clients spend a good price for a website. In return I have my team think of solutions for the things that do not work.

That being said, for me if I were to take a provider on as a client, the blurred face thing does not work for me. I understand the need to keep their faces ambiguous. I also think there has to be a better way of doing this. One idea is a simple black bar. What ideas do you have keeping the sex appeal of the provider and not blurring them looking like………. They're just not my cup of tea.

The reason for wanting to see a face pic. is first to see if she has a face that you're attracted to, and to make sure she's not some other provider with a bad reputation under a new name. Also, a lot of personality comes out in a face pic. that you just don't get from a body shot. I can't tell you how much a genuinely nice smile improves someone's appearance for me, but there's more than that. I really feel like I get a better feel of who she is and what she's like when I see her face.

As far as solutions go I do think the black bar is better than the blurred out image, but there are also simpler ways to go about it. A hat, a pair of sunglasses, a different hair style are all much more effective than you think. To paraphrase a quote from Ian Fleming's Moonraker, "Shave your head and grow a mustache and even your own Mother wouldn't recognize you." Now, I'm not recommending you do that, but you don't so much have to hide your face as you do have to sort of break up it's pattern.

Having said all of that, I do fully understand the need and desire for privacy on both sides. I'm extremely guarded with mine. The only difference is you're advertising a product, and I've got to say the more I see of someone the more likely I am to see them. I'm sure everyone here is beautiful all over inside and out, but I've been burned bad a couple of times in the past so I'm cautious as a new-born, baby deer, and I usually just assume that if something's hidden there's a good reason for it.

That's just my .02 cents. Take it for what's it's worth.
"Who are they hiding their faces from anyway? their boss? their dad? their boyfriend? their college roommates?"

With all due respect, the answer is yes, all of the above and more. Some of us would be compromising our families' careers and/or our own careers outside the hobby. Some of us have been victims of stalkers or have children to think of or ex spouses. Maybe we want to run for office some day!? Really? You don't understand the need for anonymity? If Guys are so hellbent on seeing a providers face, then why don't they post pictures of their faces AND bodies here? Now that would be interesting.

Guys, like Scarlett had said, some of us have full fledged lives outside of this. Providing for some of us is very minimal. Don't ever think that we are all lazy women waiting behind the phone answering calls all day!

Ck throws socials every few months or so which is a great opportunity for those to meet some new ladies face to face with out booking an appointment. It's a great screening tool for someone who might want to see what a lady looks like prior to booking.
