Naturals for me too. Very rare for man-mades to have the same feel. There are exceptions, but rare. IMHO, unless the lady is way oversized or undersized, I wouldn't do it. You have the boobs you have for a reason. But WALDT. If it's for self-esteem, maybe that works.

Your boobs turn me on, but I must say that the bigger the boobs, the harder I get. I hope you visit Houston, if you ad on, so I can try them.

Sweetie, if you're insecure about yours, you are seeing the wrong guys. Natural, of all shapes and sizes, is so beautiful, it almost seems a waste to alter that. You would be amazed at how many men feel the same way.
