For the most part I do agree and believe it to be all true. Although different states have different laws.It is a touring providers responsibility to research before traveling over state lines. Pennsylvania and Virginia are known to be commonwealth states.Laws differ from rest..which means they can basically do whatever they want to bust you. Tennessee is known just to give citations unless any other illegal activity going on. Arrested or not they all will seize your money!! Only one state I know of will not if they have no proof of illegal activity, which is Mississippi.

Number one rule to always remember if you are in situation.. Shut your mouth and request a lawyer immediatley!
Number two ..Unless it is an undercover sting operation with LE already in room, never open the door. Always have do not disturb sign and they can not legally come in without a warrant.
Number three.. Always say no to a search!!

LE will do whatever they feel necessary to make there bust..They have so many stings daily all over the U.S.
Stay smart and safe!!

Myth: They can not bust you if you do not show face or have a fake photo.

Fact: As long as phone number from add matches phone they seize you are guilty!

Disclaimers on adds don't work..lol

In a peculiar case of rotten justice, a Homestead, Pennsylvania police officer has admitted to accepting oral sex during an undercover prostitution investigation.
Officer Ronald DePellegrin received permission to investigate an Internet advertisement posted by "Beckie Dymon," an escort offering services on the Pittsburgh Backpage. Dymon was later revealed to be 26-year old Diana Gross.

Posing as a customer, DePellegrin grabbed condoms and baby wipes per Gross' request. After meeting at her apartment, the officer removed his clothes and briefly received oral sex.

Ms. Gross's lawyer, Michael Waltman, has threatened to file a civil rights lawsuit against Officer DePellegrin, but there appears to be little grounds for the plantiff’s claim.

Homestead's District Attorney Stephen Zappala and the town’s police chief have refused to issue DePellegrin a suspension or even reprimand him.

According to WPXI, Waltman has threatened to take the case to the federal level if necessary.

Three years ago, officers were warned that engaging in sexual acts during undercover investigations would qualify as "outrageous government conduct." The notice, issued by Zappala, followed a similar incident in 2010.

Where is the outrage?

In an odd twist, DePellegrin’s own report divulged the incident's details. "Beckie took the condom and put it on me," he wrote, "[she] started to perform oral sex on me when I said 'oh shit the cops are coming.'"

DePellegrin’s honesty and the absence of any illicit transaction will likely protect him from any civil damages. For the sake of justice however, Homestead’s sheriff’s department would be wise to address the suspicious behavior before a lengthier pattern emerges.

This is why I stick to only visiting well reviewed and established ladies, like wonderful Melannie Star! It keeps me from finding out myself about these myths.

P.S. I love being under Melannie!

Like a year ago, after going out exclusively to dinner, I dropped my friend at her hotel ... as sun as I drove out of the parking lot I was stopped, questioned, interrogated, harassed and threatened for at least an hour trying me to say I had done something wrong ... NOT ... when I didn't say anything incriminating, or give any information about name, number, hotel, room #, which I didn't know, about of my friend, then they started accusing me that I had too much to drink and that I was in a high prostitution area and that my story was suspicious and they were not buying it again, so my car was searched, and I had to perform the drunk tests ...
After this long hour or so, they did let me go "as a favor"
They did work their game A against me that night

B]Myth[/B]: Providers only have to worry about new clients potentially being undercover cops.

Fact: Law enforcement officials often leverage hobbyists who have been busted for other crimes to infiltrate the world of escorts and escort agencies. Sometimes the hobbyist won’t even know he is being used as an informant until after the date. There have been cases where the police catch a hobbyist who is leaving a hotel and threaten to arrest him unless he incriminates the provider. Unfortunately people are often willing to turn on even their close friends in order to get themselves out of legal trouble and avoid public exposure.

Ask a lawyer, not your friend!!!!
