Everybody's "mixed". The term is useless. Originally Posted by Don T. LukbakThe term is used loosely. Useless, ehh I'm not too sure.
Disclosing the mix of your ethnicity only helps you ladies.Well my father is Haitian French & Portuguese, fair skinned with brownish red super curly hair & a few freckles.
There is always something in there most have not tried. We are not stupid however , when you mix about four in there and overkill. It is possible but nor probable.
If the person is considering any 'mix' , he is not going to say 'oh if she just didn't have that Cuban in her....'. Come on now.

So, by definition, im pretty mixed lol. While it might sound like overkill, you must take into consideration everyones perents are not Black or White.
Sistas use the "mixed" thing a lot.. Originally Posted by g-plumberTOTALLY AGREE! Lol. It's predominantly fake ads. Really a way to explain out the mixed video vixen they've found for their fake ads!

I think the term has definitely been watered down, but it's not always a ploy. Do I ALWAYS advertise my ethnicity? No. But when it comes to choice is between African American or Other/Mixed, i prefer the latter b/c at the end of the day, I am very proud of my heritage/background & will not to minimize it because others abuse the term.

Just the POV of a mixed chick
