When I have shit on my mind or if something is pissing me off, it's good to have positive and encouraging friends to turn to, but at 5am or at times you turn and no one's there and you just want to scream, the music may be an option to consider. It's a great temporary fill in for when you don't know what to do, or if you want/need something to lift you up in the now, or if you see yourself slipping and want to keep yourself out of the rut. Your thinking will continue, but hopefully the thoughts will shift from the downward spiral to world peace.
