If its 30 mins or under I don't think msog should be offered but hr or longer appointments what do you all think about it? I'm pro-MSOG for 1hr or more (without the upcharge) .... I believe you should ample rest time in between releases otherwise the trip to the next one won't be fun/will be stressful for both and in general your body USUALLY need a break to replenish. I enjoy seconds and 3rds etc (I usually need more than one round to feel fully satisfied lol) so I like trying to go more than once....which is why I enjoy and prefer longer dates (90mins+).
