Best Tattoo place???

There is a guy in San Marcos who I feel is hands down the best in Central Texas. Anyone I send to him to get work done all say the same thing after. I just think his skills are the best I have ever seen! He also doesn't try to rape you with his prices either like most places do. He owns his own shop so he doesn't have to pay rental fees, it's all profit for him. If anyone wants to see his work just send me a PM.
