That doesn't sound like an entirely dishonest approach, assuming that the pics are a pretty close representation of a lady who does not wish to be photographed. On the other hand, I think a much better (eg - more honest) way to handle this is to have a notice on individual pages where fake/substitute pics are used, instead of a general 'catch-all' disclaimer, as now I really have no idea which ones are real and which ones aren't (except for the ones you mentioned in this thread).
