Review or not review. That is the question.

I had this same dilemma with the miserable Vicky over this past summer. I don't see how you can write a bad review after one bad visit if you've had several very good ones. If you tell her about it, explain your reasons, which would have been best to do that day or soon after, and she doesn't care or react, then write the review. You have to give her a chance to make amends first, even if she doesn't give you a freebie or a discount, if she shows you concern and fixes the problem, maybe the issue is over. To say nothing and write the No review is an asshole move. I feel in this business the No review is only credible when you aren't going back, I don't think you can teach her a lesson with a bad review.
