wow...i didn't even know you had to wash the bedspread. can't you just 'shake it out'?

At least us providers cover the bedspread or change the sheets, think about the various couples who fuck on them and leave their DNA all over the damn place.

I have always secretly wondered if I have a linens and throw pillows fetish. Lol. I have literally dozens of sheets, pillow cases, bedspreads, throw pillows, towels and washclothes vacuum sealed and stuffed into those ikea nylon zipper boxes that slide so perfectly under my bed. I change them out all the time even just for grins (i've already admitted its a problem ok Lol). Since my massage table gets used for the majority of my appts the bed stays fresh when I have a FS session. And then all of it definitely gets changed asap. My washing machine is a beast!

I prefer to use something more absorbent than regular sheets (squirter)...so I bought a bunch of those king size, fuzzy throws. I change them after each client. They are easy to wash and dry and feel great next to bare skin.

Just to add....I GET where the OP is coming from. I've been around for a VERY short while and have come in contact with only a few other providers one on one.

#1 Thought it was "good enough" just to spray the bed down with Lysol and keep moving.
#2 Used her "grandmothers" quilt on top of her bed...rarely washed it...and apparently took it off the bed at the end of her work day...put it right back on the next day.

Neither of these were hotel situations and both had a washer/dryer in the incall.

Hotel situations are a bit different. The ladies who travel usually "get it". They come prepared with their own sheets and towels. There is no way that even a medium volume provider can get anywhere near enough linens from the hotel staff without raising eyebrows. Yes, it is a fairly decent investment to purchase the things you really need in order to do the job efficiently. Fortunately for most higher end business travelers, better hotels have switched to using "duvet" covers over a down type comforter. These get stripped off and replaced when linens are changed.

There is no way I'd be going in and putting my naked body anywhere near one of those "bed spreads" . It might behoove you to carry your own sheet...at least a flat sheet that you can easily throw on top of whatever is on the bed. Just say, "I have an allergy" to certain???? so I bring my own sheet.

I am talking about a Hotel situation

Been on a few bedspreads and I'm not sick, not dead, not grossed out, either. As a kid I also drank from a garden hose, skinny-dipped in ponds, ate peanuts from the ground.

However, winter is on it's way and rumbling under the spread sounds cozier than playing on top of it.

No one wants to lay down on a wet spot on the bed.
