My technique is using a very light touch, two fingers (3rd and 4th) inserted, not deep, but just enough, with light pressure inside (upper part) where the G spot supposedly resides. Sometimes some light lube is needed. I start off slowly, but increase to a very light, but very rapid, in and out motion, with a light slapping sound from my palm lightly slapping against the outer labia. Makes a nice little noise. Alter this with some external light rubbing of the clit.

Doesn't take long....and those who squirt usually score big this way. Hard to do alone, but always willing to help a lady out who is willing to explore this further....
