IMO, and again, IMO, you shouldn't be able to just "buy" PA. Members should either contribute reviews of be given "OK's" from at least 2 verified providers who are members on this site. There's definitely a better way to keep the providers honest and out of the ROS and Mens Lounge. It would also separate the givers from the takers.
