The underlying truth here is that "funny" does not have to be vulgar or political or mean spirited and Lucy did it better than anyone else with the possible exception of Red Skelton. Hours and hours of "laugh your ass off"! I love it.

I grew up this show...My mom could have been her twin looks and personality wise...My favorite one was little Rickys birthday where she tries to get Superman to come and he shows up last minute so she hides on the ledge and superman rescues her

I like the one Lucy & Ethel in the Chocolate Factory or Lucy the clown performs but they all are great
