But I have no qualm with inferring. Or stating. On first blush it seems likely that this "place" contains a higher incidence of addiction, on both sides of the fence, than might be found in the general population. Chemical, food, sex, gambling. It seems to me a reasonable guess. But that is all it would be. A guess. I wouldn't bet on it. Or attempt to make a point of persuasion off of it.
