How do girls get their names?

"Berkeley" is an actual city as well as a University in California.

When I was married, years ago, we were choosing names for our second child.
That was one listed, since we didn't use it, I chose to.

I've noticed over the years, there are many Providers with same or similar names to others, so I wanted to choose one that was not common.
However, I spell mine different.

Growing up my mom and I would always watch Gone with the Wind. And the house from that movie was called Tara. Thought it was a pretty name and well have been Tara ever since.

Quit pulling this guy's leg with tall tales. There is a US agency, Providers of United States Sobriquet International Exchange (PUSSIE), that registers and approves names. Part of Obama's socialist agenda.
