"Agency" concerns

These ladies choose where and who to work for, take vacation, sometimes don't show up for work when scheduled, control what they will or won't do with a guy. And when they don't provide good service, r let go by the agency. They come and go as they wish but tend to follow the money. That sure sounds better than my place of work where my boss cracks a whip every single day. Well, that is based on my experiences where a lady has given me her menu, or told me when she is leaving or did not show up for the appointments and scheduler said the ladies choose how they work and may quit anytime with no notice. Nothing has ever sounded like the horrific trafficking stories I hear.
