My question to the OP: If the incident had resulted in damaging consequences to you, would it then be alert worthy in your mind. And if the answer is yes, please describe how her behavior would have been any different then from her actual "innocuous" behavior in front of your companion?

It's absolutely useless to recount the details of a close brush with a well known peril if you don't name the fucking offender. A no harm/no foul attitude doesn't cut it. Name that stupid cunt.
