"I get off" By Halestoem always reminds me of the hobby. Here asre just a few lines
"I get off on you getting off on me
I give you what you want but nothing is for free
It's a give and take kinda life we make
When your line is crossed I get off, I get off"
Also "Cheap and Evil Girl" by Bree Sharp is good
A few of the Lyrics
"Into the club for a rub in the sauna
stream through the steam as a shot, you're a gonner
cry as you die cause you know you still want her
she can hypnotize with her evil eye "
"Fancy" first by Bobbie Gentry, redone by Kellie Pickler
Did anyone list "Call Me" by Blondie?
The Eagles' "Hotel California".
I have read the song is about excess and the darker elements of society which makes sense. However, some of the lyrics just scream hobby to me.
Her mind is Tiffany-twisted, she got the Mercedes bends
She got a lot of pretty, pretty boys she calls friends
How they dance in the courtyard, sweet summer sweat.
Some dance to remember, some dance to forget.
...
Last thing I remember, I was running for the door
I had to find the passage back to the place I was before
'Relax,' said the night man, 'We are programmed to receive.
You can check-out any time you like, but you can never leave!'
I can still remember the first time I listened to this song in an, uh, altered state of mind. That was the first time that last line scared the crap out me. I got that same feeling when someone recently included it in a post on Eccie. Yikes.
"Knocking At Your Back Door" by Deep Purple
"Killer Queen" by Queen
"Island Girl" by Elton John
"Painted Ladies" Ian Thomas
Man, I love the 70's
I like the song,
"FUCK ME LIKE YOU HATE ME" By Seether
"Company Man" by Susan Gibson. Pretty new song.
