Ladies, what are you hoping for under your Christmas tree?

Awe, Britttany. That is terrible. I lost my baby a while back. When you have them that long, they are family. What kind of puppy are you looking for? Rescue or purebred?

I am content and feel very blessed. However, I would love to be able to get a touchscreen laptop for my disabled teenage son. He is one of the most amazing young men on the planet and though I would love to think he would use it for 'just ' school work - I know he would be watching YouTube videos of Les Mis and Phantom of the Opera...oh, and chatting up all his friends on FB :-).

DD, I could use some of that coal for a charcoal drawing! You are TOO thoughtful!

We've adopted two dogs this year from Texas Humane Heroes in Leander. They take wonderful care of their animals, and you'll get a dog with all shots and neutered.

Best of all, Saturday Dec. 14 they are doing FREE adoptions! Google them to get to their website.

I too had to put my Theodore to sleep. He was 14, and tried to hard to hang on until Christmas. But he was so sick, I had to make that decision, 5 days before Christmas. I miss him every day. I'm looking for just the right blonde furry baby myself. Maybe in June.

Thanks everyone for the kind words it was very hard. She was a rescue baby i got 10 years ago from a kill shelter. If I get a puppy I have always wanted a boston terrier.
