Take 2: Is there a market for downtown FW incall?

If you're interested, the only things I can suggest are contacting Janet at Relax2013 or the guy who owns Camp Bowie and McCart. Janet initially expressed some interest, but, last I heard, was looking a little further west.

katzer1234, I used to look eastward with envy. But, for my money, things in Cowtown haven't been so good since the heyday of he Crew, maybe long before that.

I'll admit that downtown's another matter.

Downtown is cost prohibitive thanks to Ed Bass & Co. Even the Firestone is quite pricey. There are a few options off Pennsylvania St. & Henderson St. but your getting away from the heart of downtown where the businessmen are. West on Lancaster towards Montgomery St. the rent gets cheaper or even north on Henderson to White Settlement, then west on White Settlement there are some options.

White Settlement to the north, University Dr. to the west, and Lancaster or 7 th. St. to the south you ought to be able to find an affordable house or small business that would accommodate a ladies needs. I have a friend who has a empty building with full bath and shower on Henderson just north of Pennsylvania 2 blocks, within a rocks throw of the Jack in the Box, same side of street. It used to be a Florists.

Sorry to ramble..... My family owned a business on Henderson and Lancaster St. for 40 + years...

zebra, I work in a Class B office building that would be suitable, and we're paying about $1.35/ft/month. I don't know, however, if that might cost-prohibitive.

Im not Downtown but would go there no problem for the right situation.

The McCart and Camp Bowie spots are ok as well for what they are but i am thinking more
private and shower(s)....

but definitely interested...

Ultimate would be the converted apartment/flats like in DT Dallas around Elm. Discreet entries, Thick Walls, re-done in an urban up-scale manner. Insides of the places are done to the tenant's tastes so some are outrageously cool and some are down home style.

What about the T&P lofts?
