Pimps and Hookers in the Hobby {It's A Hooker Board}

Still Looking's Avatar
It's NOT the first time a guy had an SO and she worked as a provider while the SO scheduled appointments, drink beer, watched internet porn and posted on hooker boards and got money to see other providers. Some people calls guys like that "pimps". Other say they have an open relationship. Some people care some do not. It would seem that not being honest and up front about it, that get peoples engines running. Nobody likes being lied too or being deceived.

Hey gents! This is Mrs. "M" I have just returned from a brief hiatus and as much as I enjoy the holidays I am glad they are over!

In my opinion, a pimp is an inhumane sadistic character male or female of any race that uses fear, intimidation, violence, substances, kidnapping, extortion, and/or other methods of abuse as tools to force another individual male or female into ILLEGAL involuntary sex slavery for the sole purpose of recouping 100% of the profits. Any provider who has ever had a real pimp knows the difference between working with a pimp vs an agency.

Others believe any person or company who makes any monetary compensation from another individual no matter what percentage for services rendered (sex, massage, bdsm, or dancing) is a pimp regardless of how healthy or unhealthy the work environment is or the dynamics of the employer/employee relationship. In this case, I guess GFX, Lolitas, Secret Encounters, TAE, BTA, and now LSC are all pimps.

Furthermore, Some would say any third party such as any website who profits from escort advertising such as: Eccie, P411, BP, eros, my provider guide, etc….. would call the owner/operators of the site pimps. Hugh Hefner, Larry Flint, Steve Hirsch have also all been referred to as pimps. Event planners of swinger parties or socials where a membership or entrance fee is charged could also fall under this category.

You can call us what ever you want, GFX knows what we are and we know what we are NOT! Agency/Pimp Escort/Hooker/Whore Client/trick/john it's all a play on words. I will close with a little shakespeare. "What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet. William Shakespeare"

Anyone who profits from a lady selling herself is a pimp..."Still Looking"

Here is how you can tell the difference. Do you work for the lady or does the lady work for you? Big difference!

More often these days independent escorts "hire" an agency to market, book and screen. The lions-share goes to the provider (for selling herself) the provider then compensates the agency for their services. So who is working for who? who's to say?

IMHO

Pimp = Provider coerced, intimidated or somehow forced into being a provider. The woman is working for the pimp who will use her up and throw her away when its no longer to his/her advantage to use her any longer. Fits into the category of trafficking.

Manager = Provider decides she can't do all of the overhead required to meet the appointments made or just prefer somebody else to do research and the up front business. In this case the provider HIRES a manager to take care of the business end for a fee. The provider is in the lead role of deciding when/if to terminate the business relationship.

I don't have a problem seeing a provider that has a manager or agency (that fills the same role); however, I will NOT see a provider if I suspect she's being pimped. Phil

The posts to me are of almost no interest (except possibly if a special rate is advertised)--what I rely on are the reviews of the other members on ECCIE. I don't flirt back and forth until I've seen the provider for the first time. I want to insure I know who I'm dealing with before I get personal.

1. If the provider has a manger there is a good chance the post was written by the manager. I don't see any harm in that. Very few companies write their own advertisements.

2. Flirting puts that on a personal level. That should remain between the client and provider.

I don't mind talking to a handler/manager/pimp.... I just want to be talking to the person I think I am talking to.

I with Whispers on this, and I don't care if I am told straight up. I know several schedulers, but I know who I am communicating with.

Mrs. M is saying much the same.

As for providers that have SOs that knowingly permit/allow/condone the lady's activities - I would really rather not know or be told. If I know there is an employable male living off the fee I have paid, then I get pissed off as I think about it. Just my thoughts.

There are, will, and have been providers with SOs and truthfully, why should they not have someone that can provide emotional support, family type activities, etc? I just do not want to know that the SO is benefiting from my paying for what he gets for free. I realize that this is MY hangup, but it is also my money. I would rather not know.

Dez has an SO? That fact had zero influence on my enjoying my time with her before I knew, and the session was good enough for a repeat, so I will choose to forget she has one when booking my future session.

Advice for other providers - it may make better business sense to refrain from sharing information about boyfriends/SOs. You cannot control what the hobbyist thinks about the situation so by making it common knowledge that you have a 'Boo' could have negative effects on your business.

Concur. That's why I don't flirt with a provider until I know her a little--at that point I'd have a good indication of who I'm contacting. If I find out otherwise its time to post an alert.

And what are WE, the guyz who patronize our lovelies!

And, WE, the guyz who bring them into the Hobby!

And WE, the guyz (or galz) who assist in setting up a profile or in posting ads!

Needless to say, virtually every provider I have known in person (even if never in bcd) has had a "sponsor" of some sort.... be it a hobbyist, a madam or a manager! And, for the most part, also an s.o.

just sayin'!

Let me add.... way WAY! too much drama in these forums these daze.

Please don't carry any of that drama into social events.

If you cannot leave the drama at the door, please send me a "regret" RSVP.

Memo for the record to some "gents" who seem to have a vendetta (in both open and in private forums) against certain providers for transgressions real or imagined:

Karma is a bitch!
