I don't want to sound too paranoid, but there are some risks.
Some providers/pimps will try to drug a client in order to rob them. This makes some people suspicious.
What happens if someone eats or drinks something you provide and then they get sick or intoxicated and blame it on you? Even if the real reason is something they ate or drank before/after they see you? "Yeah, I had a few drinks before I went there, but I know how drinks affect me, and she must have slipped something into my cupcake."
It also lets someone falsely accuse you of trying to drug them. Either a competitor, an enemy, or a pissed off client, or just a guy who got generous with the tip during the afterglow and then regretted it after the session.
It wouldn't be the first time someone made such a fake or incorrect accusation. Or the first time it really did happen.
I'm not saying you shouldn't but that's some of the downside.
