New girls - how long do they last?

Well I must admit when I first started this I wasn't sure about it but that's because I had someone running and ruining it for me but once I got on my own I fell in love with the hobby. The moneys great most times but the people I have met have been the highlight. I would say you have to really be a people person and like doing this enough to make certain sacrifices (which us providers do have to do a lot) and enjoy the ending benefits of those sacrifices. A lot of the new girls are younger and want to hurry make the money and then go with friends and blow it. There not thinking of the more in the situation. Or they thought it would be easy and just be money In the hands and its not. LOL it can be hard work !!!! Those are just my opinions.

Are there THAT many guys in Austin for all the ladies to stay busy? And girls who have been around a while... do you notice that business gets slower when tons of new girls pop up? I am deff not a male hobbiest but i would think that they are always looking to jump on something new. Thats the perk of this buis right? You dont "Have" to stick to the same ol same ol. Yes of course there are those guys who meet one girl and stick with her. But you would just think naturally a ton of new girls means everything slows down for the others. I know me personally, i plan to make it in this buis for a couple years (fingers crossed) i do have plans for the money. Not just shopping and blowing it. Again it has been very very slow, i expected that due to my race... but i want to do well and make everyone happy! So to answer that question, i dont plan on being one of those girls who comes and goes. I would love to build up a great reputation like lots of you ladies! Originally Posted by Julissa Couture

I have been in the hobby for over 10 years now and have seen new faces pop in and out from time to time and in the days of Craigslist and ASPD craigslist newbies lasted about a month but seeing how these ladies come in seeing more than a few guys daily I think they will get tired and leave faster. Who ever is coaching some of these newbies needs to coach them that its not a sprint but a marathon or they will burn out faster and get tired and start to become robotic in a way.

I don't follow the Austin WW and Review boards but for Houston I see a large % of girls come through on the WW who never get a single review and are never seen again.

I'm not sure if they leave the business or just go back to advertising in whatever way they were prior to Eccie. But it's extremely common.
I think most probably don't make it to the 6th month mark, which is when I think most providers have to get to before they reach a certain level of "professionalism." I think most of your newbies will be exactly that, newbies. If you're into someone who looks at the hobby only as an easy way to get cash, then go for the newbies! Have fun! If you're into someone who has a full understanding of what the hobby is and has made a conscious and educated decision to stay in it and build a better business out of it, go for the more experienced and better established providers.

I will say that my first 6 months in, I did not understand what all the hobby world could offer and what I could offer it. The hobby was a simpler thing, but as the months have gone on I have found an appreciation and somewhat of a love for this world. I have changed my views on what it means to be a provider and I have grown a lot as a human and as a woman thanks to my experiences here. I do see myself getting out of the hobby within the next year, but in no way is it because I am ashamed of what I do or because I dislike what I do. The hobby world is something I fully choose to be a part of now, and I can't say that that was the case my first 6 months in.

Of course, there are some ladies that will start and be naturals and know exactly what they're getting into and start out as rockstars, which is great! I just think overall, that's your difference between new/old and between temps/pros. The ones who last want to last.

Still Looking I think you meant to say you haven't been worn out yet....
I've a lady friend who's been in the hobby a long time. If a new young girl comes along, she tells me "better get to her fast...they don't last long". Which is generally true. Part of the issue is burnout, trying too much too soon. Mentors and a base of contacts help. There are times to make it a part time UTR thing just to stay in the hobby, and times to go full time when you really need to save up the cash.

What about the other spectrum? How long do providers that make it last? Where do they go after said amount of time. I'm reminded by my dates with ChristinaCutie, Levy, and Pearis. I wonder what these beautiful women are doing?

I wonder if there's a sex and money wave the newbies ride, enjoying both aspects of these forces until the new wears off.
