If you look at the bottom of the screen of the screen shot you will clearly see that there is construction on 11 mile road and the temp was 14 degrees and sochi has not dropped passed 29 degrees since the Olympics has started. Actually, 3 flags are wrong, US, Canada and Netherlands.

What probably happened was the chart was set up with the flags and country names, then the US moved up from 4th to 2nd in the ratings by winning a gold. The country names were moved, but nobody moved the flags to match.
