It's just that Reps always backed MIC far more than Dems and fault Dems for wanting to throw a few bones to the common folks, that Reps feel should go to the MIC also.

I don't recall a single, high-performance aircraft program ever being on schedule and under budget. They all blow through the budget. What actually is on schedule and under budget these days?

JSF has fed probably 100,000 families or more these past several years, including many in WNY.
