WHY would a provider go through a BAN to protect a WK monger?

Unless, she is managed/pimped and is forced to protect "him/her" OR has ML access herself via a male handle.

From what I have seen over the years, very very few posts entitled "Being Honest" or anything remotely like that have ever benefited the poster's business or reputation.

That is how she felt at the time. Honesty is not always the best policy. Oh well she is off of Eccie for a little while.
