In NJ & NY we used TNAboard.com and BestGFE.ch - I'm not sure if the TX parts of the sites are actively moderated. I think that they both require Bitcoin payments from providers to post ads.

Oh2 is down. Lame. I guess. I never bothered to get verified there but the ads where quite useful. Met quite a few nice people on that board, and of course a lot of trolls.

Relying on these poorly run community-hosted websites though is always a receipt for disaster. Time to be grateful I paid for p411.
