I'm the fireman on the crew.
Our team leader has trust issues on that aspect as we've seen many ruinous mistakes for others.

tswd has her own little apartment next to the barn as she's not allowed in the barn anymore. She wanted to learn to be a cowgirl but has now settled for a cowgirl outfit instead (to make winn jealous). She's also not allowed whiskey any more, only fufu drinks nowadays.

For KC bbq, after Q39, my favs are:

The November competition is the big show here. If you have a chance, get one of your favs to take you. But, it's a 4 day event, so do you have a few favs? It's the weekend after our last horse show in Tulsa so I have to have all the wood prepared beforehand. Probably 2 trailer loads.
All this is part of the reason I resigned from this boards staff.

Seriously though, we do use a few to start the fire pit behind the ranchhouse kitchen wing when we're doing a half side.
One of the reasons I ended up as the fireman on the city team (we only do bits and pieces for those competitions).
