I certainly agree with you on this but there's only one exception. The Military uses Viagra not to treat ED exclusively, but part of the treatment regimen for PTSD. As anyone could imagine along with PTSD comes depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and of course Erectile Dysfunction. So it's just part of the arsenal to treat PTSD. So the high use of Viagra by the Military maybe legit.
