Did you know that Native American warriors and hunters drew just 40 lbs and killed deer with supreme efficiency in less than 2 hours, often less than an hour? It is very interesting to read the accounts of early interactions with these people, and their bushcraft!

And you know how thick and tough white-tail deer-hide can be, from various angles. Especially, when combined with the hair getting good penetration and a killing wound, given the muscle and bone structures is not easy!! When one thinks about the woodland bison, it is pretty amazing, given that draw.
