Untamed on Netflix is worth a watch. Set in Yosemite National Park, a Special Agent for the Park Service investigates the mysterious death of a young woman (the opening scene is pretty intense and will immediately draw you in).

An interesting plot, interesting characters, good writing and beautiful scenery. It’s been renewed for a second season, so the viewership numbers have been good.

Jurassic World Rebirth hits streaming today on Amazon Prime, Apple TV+ and Fandango At Home.

$19.99 rental is still cheaper than 2-4 people going to the cinema, paying $12-20 per ticket, $20 a person for concession, dealing with noisy people in the theaters who are looking at cell phones, can't shut up during the movie, kicking the back of your seat, etc

Also with today's mandatory advance online purchase with seat selection, you get there it might be a bad seat too close to the screen or a tall person with a 10 gallon hat in front of you, you cannot just get up and change seat.

Bet Scarlett Johansson would love one of them Raptors to eat her pussy.

Yowza!

Early reviews for Alien: Earth which premieres next week Tuesday the 12th are very good.

One review says it's the best Alien since James Cameron's Aliens.

I have high hopes for this because the creator of it is the same showrunner for the Great series Fargo.

READ at your OWN Peril. May contain Spoilers.

TinMan's Avatar
Just finished “The Residence” on Netflix. It’s in the mold of Knives Out, and is a Shonda Rhimes production. Personally, I had grown tired of Rhimes, but really enjoyed this series. There was only a small amount of proselytizing at the very end of the show, and it didn’t take away from my enjoyment.

Sadly, it won’t be renewed for a second season, which would have involved a new case in a new setting (so no loose ends to worry about if you’re considering investing the time). Apparently the production was quite expensive (they had to recreate the White House interiors, for one), and it had the misfortune of dropping at the same time as Adolescence, a completely different kind of show that took all of the air out of The Residence.

It’s a shame, because it was well-written, well-acted, and often laugh out loud funny.

I liked the residence. Quirky. Odd. Whodunnit. Likeable and hateable characters all throughout. Wish they would reconsider. Each season could be it's own thing.
28 Years Later is on streaming today.

I will pass.

The only zombies movies I'd enjoyed were the Resident Evil because I used to play the game on the Sony Playstation.
