That one's from RoboCop (1987--the original and best with Peter Weller in the title role). That scene shows "Chandra" (played by Diane Robin), one of Bob Morton's (Miguel Ferrer) two (I think) hookers at his hookers and blow party, a bit before Clarence Boddiker (Kurtwood Smith) crashes the party and offs Bob particularly gorily (if I'm remembering the scene correctly, I need to rewatch that one soon).

Let's see if this is easier (I'm trying to make it a bit more challenging...).
