I think it is our moral obligation to offer help or call LE. Forced prostitution is not pretty and the damage done to ones psyche is only exasperated by the amount of time they're virtually enslaved.

Yes but I think you'd want to be as anonymous as possible when reporting, generally. It's not that the police anywhere are so trustworthy but they may be the best way to go about things.
