Biden did it with the full support of our government and our allies to benefit the USA and our allies.
Trump did it to benefit his reelection.
He did "it" because he thought, rightly or wrongly, that the Biden family might very well have benefited from the well known, well documented corruption in Ukraine and pocketed US tax dollars as part of that "possible" corruption. He had no way of knowing whether it would benefit his election or not. He called for an investigation not an outcome that he wanted. As a matter of fact, the investigation could have back fired on Trump and caused him more trouble than not.
Had no support from Congress. It was exactly what Putin and Russia wanted.
