My brother even told me that he wants to get COVID, so that he can get it over with. So, he is actively trying to contract it. He hasn't been successful yet. Who knows if he ever will at this point. It's been over a year of him essentially trying to get COVID and he hasn't gotten it yet.
I'm a bit more conservative in that I don't really go out or protest wearing a mask. I still social distance and really don't go outside very much, but I also don't really want to get the vaccine, either. However, I would consider getting it depending on how things pan out.
I'm not a fan of forcing people to continue to wear masks or socially distance if they don't want to, though. I could easily be 100% anti-social if I want to. I can get whole foods delivered to my door and I work from home. So, I could easily just never go outside again.
