Failed To Signal Turn?

You must use your signal light for ANY lane chane.

If you are already in the lane, and it only allows you to turn in one direction,
it would seem you are required to do that, therefore, no purpose to signal
your intent.

I use to have to travel to Houston bi-monthly to a office just down from there, I know that place pretty well, and there usually always a cop or two writing tickets, it gets pretty hairy there during rush hour....
