To Play or Not to Play

Well CT you will learn that there are many ways to contribute. Reviews is certainly one of them but not the only one. There are lots of back channel communications that some are privy to and some are not. Likewise, some are privy to a few communications but not others.

Most everyone I know here, at least as far as the guys, was by invitation to some back channel group. Why did I get invited? Hell, I don't know. I am also aware of other groups that I have not been invited to.

So, don't assume that just because you can't see someone review, that they are not participating or contributing to the community. They just may be contributing at a level that you don't see.

I'm here because this world is part of who I am, because its part of who I was.

And I like you guys.

So guys, why do you hang out and post if you have no intention of seeing one of the beautiful ladies of ECCIE?

My best friend is a provider here. My fiancee knows that and doesn't mind if I spend some time chatting here. Prior to meeting my fiancee, I did see some of the ladies fairly regularly.

It's also possible that they do not "take" from the reviews, at least not to a significant degree. I normally don't read them, except on those rare occasions when I'm considering seeing a new ladyfriend, and even then it's fairly limited. Ditto on the ads. I imagine there are others as well.

The blogs you linked to are hilarious.There is a lot of truth in what Sarah was saying.I use to see it all of the time on my local SF board.Some poor new girl shows up all bright eyed, and bushy tailed,and a million know it alls jump on her for not having any reviews.Of course that is when she gets a few private messages offering to help her out with a good review, and some inside tips in exchange for a discount/freebie.

That is another reason why I am not fond of public reviews.There are just too many people who exploit the system.

I suspect she understated it. He's singlehandedly (or perhaps "hand" isn't the appropriate word?) trying to maintain provider employment levels during the difficult economic times. When it comes to stimulus, the federal government has nothing on SP.

There are a hundred different reason why people post in this forum. Take me for example....I have no idea why I post. I do know I spend allot of money in this biz. At different times I have seen people that post and ladies that do not post. For anybody to try and figure it out I say bully for you! Blog away, I do not think you will ever find the secret. Mainly because there isn't one. Or at least I do not think there is a rhyme or reason.

People that try and put another in some type of catagory are running the risk of losing out on a really good customer. Group think can take over with ladies and then you miss out on a nugget or two.

Just some rambling thoughts.
