Define "spinner"

They have to be able spin on your cock front to back (or reverse). That's a spinner. Weight is not so much an issue as agility. I've once had a nice short chunky Korean gal actually do the spin while going up and down. That was almost scary. (but fun)

But body fat percentage should have nothing to do with the spinner definition in the first place. At 5'8" even if I got down to 12% body fat (which I wouldn't without looking like a concentration camp survivor) most men of average height would be unable to spin me because my knees would hit them in the nose.

Shortness is a required element of being able to spin a woman. A good spinner has femurs short enough that her knees don't go much above the mans shoulders when she's sitting on him which allows for maximum manipulation. The longer and ganglier the limbs, the harder it is to spin a woman because more mass is at a greater distance from the axis, making her feel heavier and more awkward. Not to mention that you have to find a way to do it without those knees knocking you in the face.

I don't think a woman should be called a spinner if she is over 5'3". It's just a misuse of the term. If a woman is thin, say that she's thin.

Alisha could appear in the margin of the dictionary by the definition of spinner, to illustrate the meaning of the word. She is a real beauty. Further, Alisha appears to be in perfect health, so unless we hear from her doctor I would assert that anyone implying something different has never seen her.
