Both parties should play by the same set of rules. Obviously the only rule that is in play under Democratic control is the "he who holds the gavel sets the rules" rule....
Therefore the GOP should operate by the rules it determines works to it's own best interest.....nuclear option, no option....change the rules to fit the outcome wanted.
That is how Democrats played the game; the GOP should do the same.
