That nasty ass strip mining they do ....let them build a pipeline to China.

Doesn't matter....we have plenty of oil. Dumbass Canadians can fuck up their environment if they want. I want no part of strip mining. Originally Posted by WTF

Pipeline is safer than rail and truck too, although it's debatable which poses the least risk to the environment.

Getting the OK to build pipelines is probably a bigger issue for natural gas than oil. You have utilities in the northeast burning coal and fuel oil because there's not enough gas pipeline capacity in that part of the world. And coal and, to a lesser extent, fuel oil, emit more carbon per BTU than natural gas.

Thank you ftw - DPST's never learn that anal retentive fixation is not a response in reasoned debate.
Tiny knows the oil/gas topic .

Ftw does not.

Green New Deal (Soylent) - fascist DPST's are keeping this topic under the rug and not debated - they realize the real rationale for it is - DPST One party domination and socialist control on a Venezuela level. And all the DPST candidates believe in it.

You skipped the part about universal, high-quality health care, which undoubtedly would cost 20%+ of GDP.

Hell, if you can charge negative rates like the Japanese government, you make money when you grow the debt. I wouldn't want to be in their position though. And I don't feel comfortable with our national debt either.
