I work out! (Im sexy and I know it :)

Skyler, as much as I'd looked forward to meeting you, now I'm scared!!! I'm an old, fat, white guy that is out of shape. You'd despise me because I wouldn't provide an exhausting session for you. Originally Posted by charlestudor2005

Yeah, I certainly like to workout. The main reason is getting to be so I can play football with my nephews and a few younger cousins who are in their 20's, lol. But for the sake of this thread, regular excersise is important. Physical appearence may not be a major concern on the escort scene, but it could be with women in general and one can't just limit all their contact with women to just escorts.

Realistically, I think most civvie ladies think of me as plainly unremarkable. Which is somehow worse than being so ugly as to be memorable. I've often thought that my ideal profession would be that of an assassin b/c no one would remember my presence. But I'm a coward, to boot. I'm to afraid to test the theory.
Addicted to endorphin myself, and if I didn't run and workout I'd have nothing going my way for the ladies.

Best escort exercise: Kegels

I've had a quite a few hobbyists who are fit and quite attractive. It's not the majority by any means but some definitely do.
I don't care one way or another if a hobbyists is fit or not. Originally Posted by Shayla

Being on the plus side of 50, I still do work out. My body doesn't respond the same as it did when I was younger, but I still enjoy keeping my body as tight as I can. I admit it, I enjoy it when i'm told that I look young for my age, if I either dyed my hair or shaved my head, I wouldn't look a day over 40 lol.

I've been going to the gym twice a day every day for 2 hours then 1 for months now. I started just doing as much as I could before feeling like I was going to die on the elliptical (about 30 minutes at first) Once that became easy, I started adding strength training. Within the last month I've plateaued, wasn't losing any more weight, so I've started adding inclines and working more on specific muscle groups to tone up. In the last 4 months I've lost a little over 30lbs

It should be noted though, that I also made a very drastic change to my diet. I went from eating a ton of fast food and easy prep meals, to grabbing fast food (literally) as a last resort. I quit frying things all together, and infused fruits and veggies like never before. I also used woman's 1-a-day active metabolism, protein drinks, and an energy supplement (Wouldn't have made it without a 5 hour some days)

It's been quite painful, and at times I almost gave up, but I can maintain where I am as long as I keep going to the gym 3-4 times a week and continue eating like a human being. This is the best shape I've been in, and definitely the healthiest I've been in years.

I work out regularly because it has important side benefits to the obvious. A healthy cardiovascular system is less likely to mean trouble cranking the old Evinrude, if you catch my drift . . . And I love a good workout in bed, so the stamina comes in real handy . . .
I think I've made it pretty clear the only way I get sex is to pay for it. I'm an old fart who is short, about 50 lbs over weight, balding, greying, and generally out of shape. Which lady would look twice in my direction? Originally Posted by charlestudor2005

Yeah, I got your meaning. I try to walk, but that's about it. I fail miserably at just walking.

I fly a fair amount of the time, and in every airline's magazine is a picture of this (about) 60 year old guy in grey hair with 6 pack abs. I even forget what he is advertising. But the idea is: any guy can look like this if you sign on to the program. I don't think so. It takes more discipline than I have. And, I'm sure Ava, as a personal trainer, would agree that staying in shape is a combination of dieting and exercise. My schedule fucks with any attempt I would make at staying in shape. Too many people I know exercise and then eat crap and defeat the purpose of exercising. And fitness and health are not necessarily synonymous, as are either weight and health. You can be a skinny person like a model and be far less healthier than someone who has a far large BMI or may be considered overweight or even borderline obese for their height. A healthy size 14 is better than an unhealthy size 2.

I workout and watch my diet. I eat healthy most of the time. I am not bulking up though, maybe it is my routine. I have gotten much stronger and my arms, legs, and chest have gotten more definition to them, but I cannot get rid of my little gut. I have been doing this for about 10 months now. I have reduced two belts holes in my waist, but I want to bulk up more. I had a personal trainer but this person started showing up 30 mins late to workout, more excuses, yada, yada, yada. So, i read abook and have been doing alone for the past 8 months. I want more bulk not strength, I want to look better not get stronger, lol.
