Why do the Providers have a NCA Policy?

Why wouldn't they want to see cats? That's all I'm saying. They'll see others.
Most of us don't usually buy pussy cuz we have it thrown at us most of the time just because of who we are and the rep we have for making sweet love.
There are just some of us out there that don't want all the emotional entanglements or don't want to be used just because we are hung like a douche bag so we pay for the provider to come and go. So why not see us, our money is two colored just like every one else. It's not some fucked up counterfeit calico looking money.
