The agency by keeping data on their clients made the data available for public consumption. Any way you slice or dice that, that is not a good thing for LE to get their hands on. No amount of cryptic coding will protect you if they want to nail you. The only way for the government to not get their hands on your records is to not keep records.

but if you know the real story, Spitzer had been warning about what turned out to be the banking crisis. These major investments banks have plenty of connections and influence and did not like his work Spitzer did as AG of NY, which can prosecute Wall Street. The note book I destroyed was just from her last trip. I suppose she was going to transfer it to her computer. On the other hand if she were arrested and LE found her notes they could easily ID her customers with their telephone numbers. The descriptions of the clients would have been sufficient to pin point them with or with out a burn phone. The list gave descriptions of the 16 clients she had met in the previous week not her complete list by any means.

If you have references, then they shouldn't' need the other info. And even if you see ladies using references, it STILL doesn't mean they don't keep your email or phone contact info.
